Goods may be returned for exchange, with prior authorization, within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

To receive the appropriate authorization, please call or e-mail Northern Images to receive a Return Merchandise Approval number (RMA).

Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition and re-packaged appropriately to avoid damages in transit.

Goods being returned are to be shipped via PREPAID freight.

When returning merchandise, please include the following supporting documentation:

• Proof of Purchase (original invoice or packing slip)
  

• All original tags & labels (e.g. price tag, etc.)
  

• Notation indicating the RMA number 

PLEASE NOTE: Unauthorized returns, or returns not identified by an RMA number, cannot be accepted and will be returned via COLLECT freight.
